This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the AIRI website (the “Site”) and the information transmitted from users' devices to external providers. Please read it together with the Privacy Policy.

1. About this policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar device information used by the Site, and the information transmitted from users' devices to external providers (“external transmission” under Japan's Telecommunications Business Act). The handling of personal information in general is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The tags above are not loaded in the authenticated dashboard after login. If we introduce any other tags (such as advertising-related tags), we will list the receiving provider, the information transmitted, the purpose of use, and how to opt out on this page in advance.
External transmission that occurs in the course of handling calls (such as sending call audio to OpenAI) is treated separately from external transmission while you browse this site, and is described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy (External transmission, outsourcing, and provision to third parties).
4. How to opt out
You can refuse cookies or delete stored cookies through your browser settings. Please refer to your browser's help pages for instructions. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent some features of the Site from working properly.
Transmission by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity can be stopped by deleting or refusing this Site's cookies (_ga, _clck, etc.) as described above, or by using the opt-out options for each service listed in the previous section.

This page serves as a notice about the use of cookies and external transmission on the Site. A cookie consent management tool (a consent UI) and consent-based loading of analytics tags are planned for the future.
