Prices
The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page, the application screen, quotations, order forms, or individual agreements.
The monthly base fees for plans available via web application are as follows. All prices are exclusive of Japanese consumption tax (JCT).
- AIRI Starter: ¥3,000/month
- AIRI Basic: ¥9,800/month
- AIRI Business: ¥29,800/month
- AIRI Pro: ¥69,800/month
The number of included calls and the overage per-call rate for each plan are shown on the pricing page or the application screen.
Consultation-based plans are as follows.
- AIRI Enterprise: individual quotation
- AIRI Gov: individual quotation
Note: even where reference prices, included call volumes, or overage per-call rates are shown on the pricing page, the final terms for Enterprise and Gov are determined through consultation, quotations, order forms, or individual agreements.
How fees are calculated
Monthly fees are calculated, in principle, as follows.
Monthly fee = monthly base fee + (actual calls − included calls) × overage per-call rate + option fees + other individually agreed fees
If the number of actual calls is below the number of included calls, no overage charges apply.
Specific fees, included call volumes, overage per-call rates, option fees, initial setup costs, and other terms are set out on the pricing page, the application screen, quotations, order forms, or individual agreements.
Charges other than the service fee
- Consumption tax (JCT)
- Bank transfer fees
- Internet access charges, telecommunications charges, call forwarding charges, charges payable to telephone carriers, and other communication-related costs required to use the Service
- Option fees
- Initial setup fees, where applicable
- Other charges specified on the application screen, in quotations, order forms, or individual agreements
Payment methods
Payment is made by the method we designate from among the following.
- Credit card payment
- Bank transfer
- Invoice-based payment
- Other methods designated by us
Payment timing
- Plans applied for via the web: as indicated on the application screen.
- Monthly billing: (準備中)(the closing date and payment date will be stated once finalized on the business side)
- Invoice-based payment: by the due date stated on the invoice.
- Individually contracted plans: as set out in the quotation, order form, or individual agreement.
Timing of service provision
For plans applied for via the web, the Service becomes available once the application is complete and our prescribed screening, payment confirmation, account issuance, phone number setup, call forwarding setup, knowledge base configuration, and other initial setup required to start using the Service have been completed.
For Enterprise, Gov, and other individually contracted plans, provision starts on the start date set out in the quotation, order form, or individual agreement.
Please note that the start of use may take additional time due to phone number issuance, forwarding of existing numbers, integration with external telecommunications services, user-side configuration, screening, network conditions, or other circumstances.
Withdrawal of application and cancellation
Given the nature of the Service as a digital service and an ongoing provision of services, we do not accept withdrawal of applications, cancellations, or refunds after use of the Service has started, except where required by law, where the cause is attributable to us, or where we otherwise agree.
Whether and under what conditions cancellation is possible before the start of use is set out on the application screen, in quotations, order forms, or individual agreements.
Mid-term termination
Users may terminate the Service by the method we prescribe.
The application deadline for termination, the termination date, minimum usage periods, renewal terms, whether fees are prorated, the data retention period after termination, post-termination access, and other conditions are set out on the application screen, the pricing page, the Terms of Service, quotations, order forms, or individual agreements.
Returns
Given the nature of the Service, no physical goods are returned.
System requirements
We recommend using the Service's admin console in the following environments.
- Latest version of Google Chrome
- Latest version of Microsoft Edge
- Latest version of Safari
- Latest version of Firefox
Recommended OS: the latest or currently supported versions of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
Recommended network: a stable internet connection
Some features may be unavailable depending on the device, browser, OS, network environment, call forwarding settings, or the specifications of external telecommunications services.
Terms of use for software and applications
The Service is a SaaS offering used through a web browser.
Where we separately provide applications, integration tools, APIs, or integrations with external services, their terms of use, recommended environments, and limitations are governed by conditions we set separately.
Special sales conditions
Starter, Basic, Business, and Pro are, in principle, plans available via web application.
Enterprise and Gov are individually contracted plans whose terms of provision are determined through inquiries, consultation, quotations, order forms, or individual agreements. Submitting the contact form does not by itself conclude a service agreement.
Notes on representations and AI output
The Service provides AI-powered phone answering, transcription, summaries, analytics, and other features. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses, transcriptions, summaries, sentiment analysis, reports, or other output will always be accurate, complete, up to date, or fit for the user's purposes.
For important decisions — including legal, medical, financial, or administrative decisions, or decisions that may materially affect life, health, or property — users are responsible for arranging human review, review by qualified professionals, or appropriate escalation.
Handling of personal information
The handling of personal information in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where call recording, transcription, summaries, analysis, or other processing takes place, users are responsible for notifying end users that calls are recorded, giving notice of or publicly disclosing the purposes of use, obtaining any necessary consent, and taking any other measures required by law or by their own operations.
Changes to sales terms
We may change the terms of sale where there are reasonable grounds to do so, such as changes in laws and regulations, changes to the Service, price changes by external services, or business necessity.
The timing of application to existing contracts, the timing of application of revised fees, and other conditions are governed by the Terms of Service, the application screen, individual agreements, or notices from us.
