About Tosa Town
Three villages, Jizoji, Mori and Tai, merged in 1955 to form Tosa Village, which gained town status in 1970. It is home to Sameura Dam, known as "Shikoku's water jar", and the town's highest peak is Mt. Inamura. The town office is in Doi.
