About Yusuhara Town
Yusuhara was created in 1966 when Yusuhara Village gained town status. It is known for the Kanzaiko terraced rice fields and the wind turbines on the Shikoku Karst, as well as the route Sakamoto Ryoma took when he left his domain. The town's main government building was designed by Kengo Kuma and stands in the Yusuhara area.
