About Usa City
Usa became a city in 1967 through the merger of four towns, including Usa Town, and merged with the towns of Innai and Ajimu in 2005. It is home to Usa Jingu, the head shrine of all Hachiman shrines in Japan. The city office is in a new building that opened in 2020.
