What happens to unused balance?
Credit is valid for 1 month from top-up. If you top up again within that period, the remaining balance carries over and validity is extended from that moment.
Which calls am I charged for?
Time on calls AIRI answers is rounded up in 30-second units and settled at ¥280/min from your balance. Calls under 30 seconds and silent calls are free (same criteria as monthly plans).
What about a phone number?
You can use a 050 number (¥2,000/mo per number). Local area codes (such as 03) and 0800 numbers are offered on monthly plans.
Can I switch to a monthly plan later?
Yes, any time. When your usage grows to the point where a monthly plan would be cheaper, your dashboard shows an estimate to help you switch.
