About Kikai Town
Kikai, whose area covers all of Kikaijima Island, became a town in 1941 and merged with Somachi Village in 1956. It is an island formed of raised coral reef, known for the coral stone walls of Aden village and the views from Hyakunodai. The Kikai Town Office is in the Wan area.
