About Kisosaki Town
Located at the mouth of the Kiso River, Kisosaki became a town in 1989, when Kisosaki Village adopted town status, and it is the only town in Kuwana District. Tomatoes are a local specialty, and the row of cherry trees along the Nabeta River embankment is well known. The town office is a new building in use since 2016, designed with protection against tsunami and storm surges.
