About Miyama City
Miyama City was born in 2007 from the merger of three towns: Setaka, Yamakawa and Takata. It is home to Kiyomizudera, a temple known for its three-story pagoda, and is also known for growing Yamakawa mandarin oranges. The main city office building uses the former Setaka Town office and is located in Setakamachi Ogawa.
