About Sera Town
Sera Town was created in 2004 by the merger of three towns: Kozan, Sera and Seranishi. It is known for the flower farms of the Sera Plateau and for growing pears and other fruit, and is home to Sera High School, a powerhouse in ekiden relay racing. The town office is in Nishikamihara, in the former Kozan Town.
