About Yufu City
Yufu was formed in 2005 by merging the towns of Hasama, Shonai and Yufuin. It is known throughout Japan for Yufuin Onsen and Mount Yufu. The city office is in the main building in Shonaimachi Kakihara, where city office functions were consolidated in 2016.
