About Yoshioka Town
In 1955, Komayose Village and Meiji Village merged to form Yoshioka Village, which became a town in 1991. Stretching from the eastern foot of Mount Haruna to the banks of the Tone River, it has grown as a commuter town for Maebashi. The town office is in the Shimonoda district.
