About Yunomae Town
Yunomae came into being in 1937 when Yunomae Village adopted town status, and Yunomae Station, the terminus of the Kumagawa Railway's Yunomae Line, is located here. The Amida Hall of Josenji Temple, believed to date from the early Kamakura period, is a National Important Cultural Property, and the Yunomae Manga Museum is also well known. The town has no oaza districts, and the town office is at Yunomae-machi 1989-1.
